📦 2. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide — to all major cities and towns through trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopard Courier, and Call Courier.

We currently accept the following payment options:

💰 5. Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, a small shipping fee (PKR 200–350) applies depending on your location.
However, we offer Free Shipping on orders above PKR [Insert Threshold, e.g., 3,000].

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number.
Use that number on the courier’s website to track your parcel in real-time.
🔁 7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

🩴 8. What if I receive the wrong size or a damaged product?
If you receive the wrong item, size, or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or details.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

You can request an order change or cancellation before your order is dispatched.
Once it’s shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Yes! All our product images are real photographs of the shoes available in our store.
However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
